Learn how to adapt your Fascial Yoga Practice to your menstrual cycle. Fascia reacts to hormonal changes related to estradiol and relaxin. It is beneficial to adapt your fascial stimulation to reflect these changes in order to keep your tissue healthy and strong.
This course is especially relevant for women with a connective tissue that tends to be loose and weak, but is equally suitable for all other women with an active cycle.
On top of the physical changes in your body we will also cover emotional and psychological aspects occuring during your cycle as well as nutritional factors.
You will receive 7 pre-recorded videos and 4 guided meditations that you can practice in your own time depending on where you are in your cycle.
Every Saturday there is an online Live-Gathering where I will share some additional theoretical insights and open the room for questions, personal sharings and interaction. Attendance is recommended but not mandatory.
The online material will remain available after the course for your personal use without limitation.
